Specialists and Executives
We identify specialists and executives for you and also approach them on your behalf if you request it, or alternatively we can conduct an initial phase independently.
How do we proceed?
We identify the target firms and institutions where there is the best possible chance to find the people you’re seeking. When identifying target firms and institutions, we take the following into account:
- Their corporate culture.
- Their location.
- Their market position.
- Their sales and procurement markets (regional, national, international).
Based on the list of target firms and institutions, we identify the candidates who best fit your profile of requirements. When doing this, we consider:
- The target firms’ or institutions’ organisational structure.
- The organisational integration of the candidates being sought.
- Agencies: If, for instance, a sales manager is required, we will not only identify the sales manager, but also his agency and other potential candidates.
When identifying specialists and executives, we will supply you with the following data:
- Candidate’s first name and surname.
- Contact information.
- Exact description of the candidate’s current employment.
- Information about education and training.
- Information about previous work history.
Based on the profiles, you then decide which candidates we should establish further contact with, or you may want to approach the candidates directly yourself.
Advantages of our approach
Proactive approach: You don’t wait until candidates make contact with you, but go directly to preselected potential specialists and executives. No advertising costs, guaranteed contacts, anonymous processing of mandates, direct and continuous performance reviews, short processing times (6-8 weeks), low fixed costs that are known in advance, services that can be purchased modularly.
Disadvantages of our approach
No additional advertising effect, as there would be if you placed an advertisement. You as the client carry out detailed interviews and assess candidates. In other words, the degree of outsourcing is less than in the case of total mandates being assigned to a personnel consultant.
